For over a decade, I’ve been deep in the world of People Operations (HR) and Organization Development, helping companies create, grow, and fine-tune their talent and people strategies. Along the way, I’ve worked across industries like automotive, healthcare, professional services, and retail—each with its own unique challenges and rewards.

On top of that, I am engaged with a boutique consulting firm that’s all about empowering small to mid-sized businesses with the tools they need to build solid, effective People strategies. It’s all about making workplaces thrive, no matter the size or industry.

A sincerely held belief of mine is to leave the world in a better place than how I found it. Whether its fundraising for the Alzheimer's Association, speaking at local colleges and universities for career development prep, or volunteering for any number of LGBTQ+ organizations and causes, I'm deeply committed to spending what free time I have in service to others.

Lately, much of my free time is dedicated to serving as President of Fort Worth Human Resource Management Association ("Fort Worth HR,") a SHRM-affiliate chapter representing over 500 members who support tens of thousands of employees across the greater Tarrant county. 

Fort Worth HR's mission is to advance the human resources profession by promoting the strategic value of human resources; developing the skills and knowledge of its members; and facilitating the development of professional relationships.
